Jennifer Baez-Silva is an associate attorney at Bewley, Lassleben & Miller LLP.. Ms. Baez-Silva is experienced in various fields, including commercial real estate, landlord-tenant issues, contract development and review, and entire trial process.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Baez-Silva represented multiple non-profits such as Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, Public Law Center and Eviction Defense Network, where she represented and advocated for disadvantaged communities, oversaw staff at two courthouses.
In addition to her public service work, she previously represented multiple private practices specializing in commercial real estate which included matters involving contracts, property management, municipal law, regulatory compliance, unlawful detainers/evictions from inception through trial; and other civil litigation matters.
While working full-time, Ms. Baez-Silva also spent time as an Assistant Professor of Law at Irvine University College of Law, teaching first-year students’ torts and contracts, from 2017-2021.
